Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes in Puerto Rico. *Priority and Expedited orders placed before Noon EST M – F will ship the same day. Priority and Expedited shipping are not offered to P.O. Box, APO, DPO, and FPO shipping addresses. Any order placed after Noon EST or over the weekend will process the next business day. *As a result of enhanced precautionary measures due to COVID-19, some carriers are experiencing extended service delays which could exceed delivery beyond your selected shipping time as well as impact package tracking information

RETURNS

FRIENDSHIP BANGLE jewelry is meant to bring happiness and inspiration to its wearers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the purchase or order delivery date. The returned item must be unworn with the UPC tag attached or appropriate UPC packaging. Please note that Clearance Sale items are not eligible for return.

Please contact our FRIENDSHIP BANGLE Customer Service Team at 1-800-725-7822 for shipments made to Canada. To return your order, please be sure to use the return label which is located on your FRIENDSHIP BANGLE packing slip. Please also fill out the form contained on the back of the packing slip listing all details requested to expedite the processing of your refund. If you can not find your original return label, please contact our FRIENDSHIP BANGLE Customer Service Team at 1-800-788-0109.

Please be sure to keep the tracking number that is provided on your prepaid return label for tracking purposes. If you choose to return and not utilize the FRIENDSHIP BANGLE shipping label, we are not responsible for lost or returned packages. We recommend that you insure and track your package for the full value of the contents.

PRODUCT INFO

Our jewelry was created with the utmost love and care. Follow these guidelines to help keep your jewelry looking its best year after year:

  • Do NOT follow the advice of those YouTube videos demonstrating the use of ketchup to clean your beautiful bangles… yikes! This acidic product will eventually strip the finish from your bangle and void your warranty.
  • Never use jewelry cleaner on-trend pieces. Jewelry cleaners are too harsh and may contain abrasives.
  • To avoid black markings either on your skin or the bangles, be sure to clean your bangles regularly. These markings are due to trapped oil and dirt in the metal and can be easily cleaned.
  • We recommend using a polishing cloth for Precious pieces.
  • If your jewelry requires further cleaning, use mild soap, water, and a soft cloth. Rinse with clean water and pat dry.
  • Always store each piece separately.
  • Apply beauty products such as perfume, hairspray, or deodorant before wearing your jewelry as certain chemicals in these products may damage the finish.
  • Always remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, doing household chores, or using abrasive cleaners.
  • Make sure your jewelry is completely dry before storing it.
